Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs based on construction drawings.
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender analysis and price comparison reports.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, subcontractor claims, and payment certificates.
• Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
• Prepare and manage Variation Orders (VO) and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attend site visits and site measurements when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of project records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of working experience in construction or consultancy will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of BQ, tendering, cost estimation, VO, and contract administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
