Job Description

  • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate patients' physical health, mobility, strength, flexibility, posture, and movement patterns.
  • Develop and implement personalised treatment plans based on each patient's needs and therapy goals.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and mobility.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, home exercise programmes, and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Assist patients in regaining independence in daily functional activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and performing self-care tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
  • Conduct therapy sessions for children and ensure their safety and well-being throughout each session.
  • Prepare therapy schedules, treatment objectives, progress reports, and communicate updates to parents or caregivers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic intervention and quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education from a recognised institution.
  • Good knowledge of teaching techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic when working with children and families.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passionate about supporting children with developmental delays and special needs.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates are also welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
