To support the Operations Manager in planning, establishing, and overseeing new branch operations. The role ensures that new branches are operationally ready, comply with company standards, and assist to overseeing fleet operations, optimizing delivery efficiency, and ensuring high operational performance across all branches.

Operations Support

1. Develop and implement SOPs and operational workflows.

2. Conduct operational audits and compliance inspections.

3. Monitor branch KPIs, productivity, quality, and operating costs.

4. Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Also, included but not limited to:

1. New branch setup

2. ⁠Logistics & Fleet Operations

(Eg. Plan and assign daily customer orders through the Fleet Management System; Optimize route planning to maximize vehicle utilization, etc.

3. ⁠Training & people development

4. ⁠Compliances & Safety

5. ⁠etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
