Responsibilities:

• Handle daily finance and accounting operations
• Monitor and manage document as PIC (reports, records, coordination)
• Prepare invoices, payments, and basic financial reports
• Monitor expenses, claims, and petty cash
• Update and maintain data using Microsoft Excel
• Use and manage SQL-based accounting systems
• Liaise with operations and management for daily tasks
• Perform multitasking duties and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with SQL accounting systems
• Multitasker, fast learner, proactive, and energetic
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Able to travel and possess own transport
• Experience in finance / operations will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
