• Monitor servers, storage, network devices, and applications 24/7.
• Identify, investigate, and respond to system alerts and incidents.
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Monitor CPU, memory, disk usage, bandwidth, and system performance.
• Ensure backups are completed successfully and verify backup logs.
• Monitor environmental conditions (power, UPS, cooling, temperature, humidity).
• Perform routine health checks on infrastructure and services.
• Maintain incident logs and prepare shift handover reports.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation matrices.
• Coordinate with network, system, and application teams during outages.
• Track and report service availability and SLA compliance.
• Execute scheduled operational tasks such as service restarts, batch job monitoring, and system checks.
• Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity procedures when required.
• Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions.
• Ensure security monitoring by reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activities.

Key Skills

• Windows/Linux Server monitoring
• Network monitoring
• ITIL Incident Management
• Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, SCOM, Splunk, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
• Basic troubleshooting
• Communication and documentation

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
