全职 Operations Executive (Retails) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Stream Enterprise (M) Sdn. Bhd. Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compile daily sales report to Management on daily basis
• Ensure MTD comparison reports deliver on time and update in weekly business review.
• Prepare monthly sales report to HR & Finance
• Prepare monthly incentive report
• Prepare monthly retail store sale target & forecast report for Management.
• Schedule bi-monthly meeting
• Participate & support in all outlets events, as and when needed
• Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Company.
• Handle data compilation and document submission.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Retail Management, Business or any related field.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong experience with XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboard building
• Converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage to liaise with our business associates.
• Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Willing relocate to Old Klang Road in September 2026.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
