MRD Hiring! Full Time M-E Engineer - Pasir Gudang in Johor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering & System Design: Develop comprehensive technical specs and blueprints for mechanical assets (HVAC, piping, lifts) and electrical infrastructure (HT/LV distribution, lighting, data networks).
• Site Supervision & Quality Assurance: Lead on-site monitoring of M&E installations to guarantee strict alignment with engineering contracts, safety standards, and structural plans.
• Testing & Commissioning: Coordinate functional testing and system validations to verify energy efficiency, operational safety, and regulatory compliance prior to client handover.
• Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Address on-site technical issues and installation conflicts swiftly to prevent timeline bottlenecks.
• Cost & Supply Chain Management: Prepare material and labor estimates, evaluate subcontractor bids, and maintain strict cost control across all M&E packages.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Technical Expertise: Ability to read and interpret complex engineering schematics, single-line diagrams, and structural drawings.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional site teams, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring strict compliance with local authority codes.
• Communication: Clear, proactive communication skills to coordinate effectively with main contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
