Bts Resources Hiring! Full Time Sales Engineer in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibility

• Well understanding on company products or services selling to customers and to achieve the sales target or KPIs set by management.
• To follow up closely from customer quotation to payment received.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepare weekly sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
• Experience in sales at least 1 year
• Independence, energetic, meeting sales goals, and commercial awareness.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
• Good time management, strategic sales planning, presentation and organizational skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
