Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of factory infrastructure to guarantee safe and stable operation of all production facilities.

2. Lead the daily operation and maintenance of site utility systems including power supply, air conditioning, compressed air, water supply & drainage, to maintain optimal equipment performance.

3. Develop and execute energy conservation, consumption reduction and sustainable green operation initiatives to improve energy efficiency and cut operational expenses.

4. Manage external contractors and third-party vendors; monitor construction project quality, timeline and site safety to ensure full compliance upon project handover. 5. Liaise with government authorities and utility service providers, handle permit applications, renewals and routine official communications.

Job Requirements

1. Excellent organisational and coordination skills with proven ability to drive cross-department collaboration and external stakeholder communication.

2. 5-10 years Strong project management proficiency; capable of independently delivering infrastructure and facility maintenance projects end-to-end.

3. Sound knowledge of industrial factory facility operations, familiar with EHS standards and relevant industrial regulatory codes.

4. Prior team leadership experience; highly responsible and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks under tight schedules.

5. Proactive mindset for continuous improvement; able to refine management systems and workflows based on on-site operational realities.

6. This role is based at Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Malaysia. Malaysian citizens are preferred. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is required for daily workplace communication.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
