ASTAR Management Services is currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company based in Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a passionate Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative mobile solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
• Optimize application performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews and software testing.
• Keep up to date with the latest Android technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with Android Studio, Git, REST API, and Firebase.
• Understanding of MVVM/MVC architecture.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
