• Conducting detailed business requirements analysis to understand user needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Documenting and communicating business requirements, process flows, and solution design specifications
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing systems and applications
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Participating in user acceptance testing and training to ensure the successful deployment of new systems and applications
• Maintaining and updating system documentation and user manuals

Job Requirement :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user acceptance testing
• Working knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, preferably in the retail industry
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools, such as MS Office, project management software, and data analysis tools
• A relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
