The Floor Supervisor oversees daily operations, monitors staff performance, coordinates merchandise shipping and receiving, resolves day-to-day issues, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of goods within the assigned department in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Monitor sales performance and customer purchasing trends, and provide timely feedback to the purchasing team
• Ensure accurate pricing and proper display of merchandise in line with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department and store
• Promote professionalism among staff within the retail operation team
• Ensure all departmental systems and processes are well-maintained and functioning effectively
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and existing staff when required
• Act as person-in-charge in the absence of Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager

Job Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Age between 22-36
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
