About the Role

Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse ops, oversee all inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods), and ensure efficient material flow for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials to support production schedules.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and schedule warehouse staff; conduct on-the-job training to improve team capability.
• Inventory Control: Ensure accurate inventory records; conduct cycle counts and annual stocktakes; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Implement and maintain 6S standards; optimise storage layout and material flow within the plant.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, maintain warehouse equipment, and ensure compliance with company policies.

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Supervisor who is committed to regular on-site attendance and can communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. A strong sense of ownership and reliability is what we value most.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
