Account Executive (Full Set)

Location: 1252, Jalan Sri Putri 3/4, Taman Putri, 81000, Kulai, Johor

Salary: Depends on experiences.

Job Scope:

- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)

- Maintain proper accounting records and filing

- Monitor daily sales (Retails / Cash / Bank Transfer)

- Perform bank reconciliation

- Handle stock costing & inventory tracking

- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)

- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent & company secretary

- Assist in SST submission and compliance

- Monitor cash flow and highlight discrepancies

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance

- At least 2 years experience in full set accounts

- Experience in inventory / retail business preferred

- Familiar with SQL Accounting

- Able to work independently & meet deadlines

- Detail-oriented and responsible

Bonus (Added Advantage):

- Experience handling multi-channel sales (Shopee / TikTok / offline)

- Knowledge in SST and LHDN compliance

- Able to suggest cost control / process improvements
