About the role

Osadi Group of companies is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening and placing top-quality candidates for various positions within our organisation. This is a full-time role based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and identify the best talent for our growing business
• Conducting thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role
• Coordinating the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interview scheduling and offer negotiations
• Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and managing the applicant tracking system
• Participating in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and appeal to top talent
• Providing regular reports and analytics on the recruitment activities and performance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, preferably within the commercial supplies industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify and attract top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment-related software
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
