Key Job Responsibilities

• Production Adherence: Manage shift operations to hit assembly line schedules, minimize cycle times, and improve Hours Per Unit (HPU) metrics. [1]
• Resource Optimization: Determine resource capacity to balance assembly lines, execute work orders against the master build plan, and prevent material bottlenecks. [1]
• Inventory & Materials: Coordinate the production kitting processes, oversee mini store materials, control label printing, and real-time scrap reduction. [1, 2, 3]
• Team Leadership: Supervise high-volume shift operators and technicians, enforce strict floor discipline, maintain 5S housekeeping, and lead Emergency Response Teams (ERT). [1, 2]
• Capability Building: Plan and execute operator training matrices, managing grievances, and driving cross-training programs to maximize workforce flexibility. [1, 2]
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Quality Assurance (QA), Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to run Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma line enhancements. [1, 2, 3]

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related manufacturing discipline. [1, 2]
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing environments, ideally with Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or medical/non-medical device integration. [1, 2, 3]
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of surface mount technology (SMT) line workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production scheduling. [1, 2, 3]
• Soft Skills: Resilient floor leadership, sharp decision-making capabilities, and clear communication to coordinate across daily Cross-Functional Teams (CFT). [1, 2]

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
