• Record and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including issuing invoices, processing vendor bills, and handling expense claims.
• Match and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and supplier accounts to ensure data accuracy
• Update financial spreadsheets and assist in generating reports, maintaining balance sheets, and preparing for audits.
• Collate data and provide administrative support to the Finance Manager during budget preparation
• Maintain petty cash records and assist in processing or administering monthly payroll

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Able to use System SQL
• Excellent time management capabilities to meet strict month-end or year-end deadlines

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
