• Research and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, and build strong supplier relationships to ensure high-quality, timely deliveries.
• Process and track purchase orders (POs), monitor delivery schedules, and resolve shipping or invoicing discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and reorder necessary supplies to prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Analyze market trends, review pricing, and conduct cost analyses to identify opportunities for financial savings
• Enter order details and maintain updated records of purchases, deliveries, and contracts in internal databases

Requirement

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar operations role.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with proficiency in supply chain and enterprise software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
