1. Transactional Accounting

• Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, verify expenses, and prepare payment runs.
• Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices to clients, monitor overdue payments, and perform debt collection via phone or email.
• Data Entry: Maintain the general ledger by recording daily financial transactions in accounting software

2. Administrative Support

• Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for financial records.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Assist with basic tax filings and audit preparations as needed.
