Recruitment & Selection
- Manage recruitment applications, maintain recruitment records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist interview arrangements, including scheduling interviews and preparing interview documents.
- Communicate application outcomes to candidates.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and notify relevant departments of new hires.
Onboarding
- Prepare onboarding documents, access cards, and required forms.
- Update employee information, organisational charts, and the firm's intranet.
Employee Documentation & Administration
- Prepare and issue employment-related documents
- Create, maintain, scan, and organise employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Ensure all employee records are accurate, complete, confidential, and up to date.
Compliance & HR Systems
- Process employee background screening
- Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems.
- Ensure HR records comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
Leave & Attendance Administration
- Update and monitor employees' leave
Employee Support
- Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll, HR administration, leave, benefits, and employment matters.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
- Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the Human Resources Department or Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources
- Familiarity with HRMS System will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
