Cashier (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location:Nasi Lemak Kruk Kruk HQ, Petaling Jaya (PJ)

Salary: From RM1,800 per month

Job Description

Nasi Lemak Kruk Kruk is looking for a responsible, friendly, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play an important role in delivering excellent service while ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Whether you have previous experience or are a fresh graduate, training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

*Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service.

* Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.

* Process cash, debit/credit card, QR, and e-wallet payments.

* Issue receipts and ensure billing accuracy.

* Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashier counter.

* Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.

* Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

* Assist with takeaway and delivery orders when required.

* Monitor cashier supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.

* Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Requirements

* Malaysian citizens only.

* Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

* Basic mathematics and cash handling skills.

* Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

* Friendly, honest, responsible, and punctual.

* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Previous cashier or F&B experience is an advantage, but not required.

* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
