About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Store Assistant to join Fifth Spectrum Lifestyle Solution's store in Grid Hab, Iskandar Medini Johor. As a part-time Retail Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail space.

What you'll be doing

· Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Providing product information and recommendations to customers

· Maintaining the store's visual merchandising and presentation standards

· Restocking and organising shelves and displays to ensure product availability

· Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

· Supporting store opening and closing procedures

· Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

· Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or service role added advantage

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor

· Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

· Familiarity with point-of-sale systems added advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
