What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end office administration and facility services to support daily business operations
• Maintain and track office supplies, equipment, and vendors using a data-driven approach
  Process invoices, monitor payments, and support budgeting with accurate reporting and insights
• Prepare expense reports and usage analysis to support decision-making
• Support company projects, staff activities, and events across offline and online (O+O) environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless office operations
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks with a customer-focused mindset
