Requirements :

Degree in food sciences or related
-
Minimum 1 to 2 years R & D experience in food industry

Good communication skills
-
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000 is preferred
-
Willing to travel, learn and proactive
Responsibilities :

Conduct market research and trend analysis for new products development
-
Product improvement
-
Assist in food cost management
-
Assist in new raw material testing & sourcing
-
Technical support to ensure food product safety, quality and fully comply with the company standard & regulatory requirement
