How You Will Make An Impact

This role exists to support the Exclusive Brands team in accelerating Asia performance of exclusive personal care and hair care brands. By sourcing trend‑right brands, shaping scalable growth strategies and enabling strong O+O (Offline + Online) execution, this role plays a key part in putting a smile on customers’ faces—bringing exciting, relevant and high‑quality beauty innovations to customers across Asia while driving sustainable commercial growth for the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Trend‑Led Brand Sourcing
  Identify emerging health & beauty trends using consumer insight, social listening and market data to source high‑potential exclusive brands that resonate with Asia customers in an O+O business model.
• Brand Strategy & Growth Enablement
  Partner closely with Exclusive Brand partners and Asia Business Units to shape brand strategy, expansion roadmaps and customer engagement plans with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
• Commercial & Performance Analytics
  Prepare sales, customer and campaign performance analysis using a scientific and data‑driven approach, translating insights into actionable recommendations and best‑practice sharing.
• O+O Activation & Visibility
  Collaborate across Business Units and cross‑functional teams to drive O+O visibility, business reviews and commercial activation plans that improve customer reach and conversion.
• Launch Excellence & Speed‑to‑Market
  Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth brand launches, fast execution and operational excellence in a dynamic, fast‑paced regional environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
• A passion for Health & Beauty, with a sharp eye for trends and consumer‑led opportunities
• Confidence working with data, insights and AI/digital tools to drive better decisions
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across cultures, functions and markets
• Clear, structured communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written & spoken
