About the Role:

As a Senior Human Resources Officer (Projects & Analytics), you will take on greater responsibility in coordinating HR projects and delivering workforce analytics at our Hong Kong headquarters. This role offers significant exposure to multinational HR operations in the semiconductor industry, spanning Asia‑Pacific and global markets. You will independently manage reporting, support transformation initiatives, and collaborate with regional and international HR teams to provide insights that drive efficiency, compliance, and talent development across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Global HR Project Support – Coordinate HR projects across multiple regions, including workforce planning, HRIS enhancements, and policy alignment at headquarters and international sites.

• Workforce Analytics – Prepare and analyze HR dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, compensation benchmarking, and talent mobility across Asia‑Pacific and global operations.

• Regional & Global Collaboration – Partner with HR teams in Hong Kong and other international locations to ensure compliance with diverse employment regulations and alignment with corporate strategy.

• Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, standardize practices, and enhance efficiency across multinational operations.

• Stakeholder Engagement – Provide accurate reporting and recommendations to HR managers and senior leadership, supporting transformation initiatives and talent development strategies worldwide.

Job Requirements:

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. HR certification is an advantage.

• Experience – 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in semiconductor or high‑tech industries, with exposure to HR projects and analytics.

• Technical Skills – Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts) and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Citiray, SAP SuccessFactors) preferred.

• Communication & Collaboration – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage colleagues across regions. Active communicator who builds trust and fosters teamwork.

• Attitude & Mindset – Cheerful, approachable, and helpful personality with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to challenges.

• Competencies – Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Capable of working independently while contributing to team success.

• Language Proficiency – Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
