Job Duties:

(1) Assume responsibility for technical setup within radio and television stations, with support and guidance from the Team Leader.
(2) Deliver 24/7 operational and monitoring services, including the execution of Presentation Room, Video Control Center (VCC), Internet Presentation Centre (IPC), and Master Control Room (MCR) operations for live television broadcasting, as well as Central Control Room (CCR) operations for public radio broadcast services.
(3) Provide maintenance and support services for network infrastructure, IT systems, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
(4) Conduct preventive maintenance for production studios and broadcast equipment under the supervision of the Team Leader, in accordance with the regular schedule defined by the client.
(5) Participate in outside broadcasting (OB) setup in alignment with client requirement

Qualification and Experience Requirement:

(1) Higher Diploma or higher in electronic, telecommunications, information technology, multi-media or equivalent academic qualification; or
(2) Diploma in electronic, telecommunications, information technology, multi-media, or equivalent academic qualification; and at least one (1) year of post-qualification experience in maintaining and operating TV broadcast and/or
media production or IT or data network facilities or all or any of them; or
(3) Certificate in electronic, telecommunications, information technology, multi-media or equivalent academic qualification; and at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in maintaining and operating TV broadcast and/or Radio broadcast or media production or IT or data network facilities or all or any of them.
