Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and end-of-month processes.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Coordinate payroll functions and tax filings.
- Analyze and report financial performance.
- Implement and monitor internal controls.
- Perform bank reconciliation and month end closing
- Prepare monthly management reports such as P&L, and Balance Sheet
- Perform GST quarterly submission
- Perform monthly CPF submission
- Preparing and calculate of monthly payroll, staff claims, IR8A, IR21
- Liaising with auditors, corporate tax agents, corporate secretary
- Able to handle full-sets of accounts
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, with a solid background in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills,
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Possess good working knowledge of MS Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good team player with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to display Continuous Improvement and multi-tasking competencies.
- Salary will commensurate with experience
