Job Description

Responsibilities

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading multinational organization with an established presence across Asia Pacific to appoint a Human Resources Director as part of its continued growth and transformation journey in Singapore.

Reporting to the regional HR leader, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, partnering closely with key stakeholders to shape and execute people strategies that support business objectives. This is a commercially focused HR leadership opportunity that combines strategic influence with operational excellence, offering exposure across a broad spectrum of human capital initiatives within a complex and evolving environment.

You will provide strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent, workforce planning, employee engagement, and culture as you work closely with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence. You will play a critical role in aligning people priorities with commercial goals, ensuring the organization is well-positioned to meet its current and future business needs.

In addition, you will also lead and support key initiatives across organizational change, leadership development, talent management, and workforce transformation. In addition, you will provide guidance on employee relations matters and contribute to the development of a high-performing, engaged workforce through data-driven insights, strong stakeholder partnerships, and pragmatic people solutions. The role requires an individual who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving meaningful change across a matrixed organization.

The ideal candidate will possess 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial exposure in a senior business partnering or HR leadership capacity. You will have a proven track record of partnering closely with senior leaders within complex, fast-paced organizations and demonstrate strong commercial acumen, balanced with the ability to execute effectively. Experience leading organizational change, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives within a matrix environment will be highly regarded. A sound understanding of employment legislation and employee relations, coupled with excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, will be critical to success in this position.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected multinational organization where HR is recognized as a strategic driver of business success. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business performance, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic and evolving people agenda.
