Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of RO systems and dialysis machines. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and equipment inspections at client facilities. Diagnose technical issues and support corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime. Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to service requests. Ensure all servicing activities are performed according to safety and quality standards. Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation accurately. Support customers with basic operational guidance and product-related inquiries. Coordinate with senior technicians and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently. Assist in inventory management of spare parts and tools. Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure high service satisfaction.
