What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Develop, integrate, and optimise backend services for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
• Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities and AI development tools to enhance product functionality, development efficiency, and user experience.
• Drive automation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, including multithreading, memory management, and object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, Linux, and Docker.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-powered features, AI APIs, or AI development tools into enterprise applications will be highly regarded.

Language Requirement

Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English is required, as the role involves regular collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and engineering teams across the region.
