Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the design and development of mechanical engineering works through to the construction phase of projects.
• Manage project delivery, including budgets, schedules, quality assurance, client feedback, and communication of project changes
• Review reports, specifications, calculations, drawings and other documents prepared at the different stages of a project.
• Oversee project execution, quality and contract administration of Mechanical engineering works.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Comes with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical engineering design for building services
• Proven track record in a consulting firm handling major development projects
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, as well as authority submission procedures
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit advantageous
• A team player, able to work both independently and as a group, ensuring excellent project delivery to Clients and other stakeholders
• Candidates with management experience will be considered for a leadership role
