Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies tailored to specific industries and markets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at client companies and media partners.
• Create and deliver high-impact client proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms that optimize both revenue and client value.

About You:

You are a highly motivated self-starter with a sharp commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the programmatic and performance marketing ecosystem. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can work independently or collaboratively.

What You Bring:

1. 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development within digital media, programmatic, or affiliate marketing.
2. Strong track record of consistently closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
3. In-depth knowledge of the Southeast Asian advertising landscape.
4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex solutions into simple, client-focused value propositions.
6. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with confidence.
8. Experience managing and working with clients across FMCG, cash loan/fintech, and local restaurant brand industries, as reflected in client feedback and portfolio.
9. Mandarin language is mandatory
