Mayland Group Of Company Hiring! Full Time Interior Designer cum Project Coordinator in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the implementation of interior design and fit-out works to ensure quality, timeline and design compliance.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide on-site support and respond to contractors' requests for information (RFI) when required.
• Prepare design concepts, layouts, technical drawings and presentation materials using relevant design software.
• Maintain accurate records of project drawings, quotations, specifications and related documentation.
• Monitor project progress to ensure efficient, accurate and cost-effective execution of interior fit-out works.
• Conduct site inspections and identify design or construction issues, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Ensure completed works comply with design intent, company standards and project specifications.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the property development/ real estate, or interior design industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of SketchUp and/or 3ds Max will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out processes, construction detailing and material specifications.
• Strong project coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
