Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an RPA Developer with minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath. Expertise in bot deployment, maintenance, and automation lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

RPA Development & Implementation

  • Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath (REFramework preferred).
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain automation workflows across enterprise systems.
  • Ensure reliable and accurate bot execution across multiple environments.

Bot Management & Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and data issues.
  • Perform debugging using UiPath Orchestrator logs and debugging tools.
  • Manage bot configurations, deployments, version control, and package releases.

Solution Design & Collaboration

  • Translate Process Design Documents (PDD) into Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.

Performance Optimization

  • Optimize bot performance to improve efficiency and reduce execution time.
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with governance and control requirements.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with UiPath platform enhancements and RPA best practices.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in departmental and bank-wide projects as assigned.

Skills

  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath, VB.NET/C#, SQL, API integrations, and RPA best practices.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to project delivery, process analysis, solution design, and implementation.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
