Client Description

A fast-growing, venture-backed technology-enabled US- based services company helping independent, family-owned restaurants compete against larger chains. The company combines AI and real human staff to handle restaurant phone orders, manage delivery logistics, and run marketing/SMS campaigns — letting small restaurant owners reduce labor costs, cut missed orders, and offer delivery without relying on expensive third-party platforms.

Requirements

• Build and maintain the growth marketing analytics layer in Snowflake and Lightdash, including funnel models, channel attribution, and test result frameworks that the whole team relies on for weekly decisions
• Design the guideline for A/B test analyses end-to-end — from sample size calculation and hypothesis validation through to statistical significance reads and commercial impact quantification
• Develop predictive models and ICP scoring systems using Brizo, Salesforce, and behavioral data to help the team identify and prioritize the highest-converting restaurant segments
• Proactively surface insights from the data that the team hasn't asked for yet — identifying channel inefficiencies, funnel drop-off patterns, and lead quality signals before they become performance problems
• Must be proficient in SQL (Snowflake), comfortable with Python for statistical analysis, and able to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders without losing analytical rigour

• Experience within the startup space transforming data into actionable insights for marketing improvements.
• Experience building models through the use of AI (Agentic, RAG, LLMs) to automate data processing and simplify insights.
