Changi Airports International Pte Ltd Hiring! Full Time Project Manager - Architecture in East Region (Singapore) - Ricebowl

As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and development of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will be based at the Changi East Project Office, the site of the future Terminal 5 building.

Description

The main responsibilities of this role include design management and coordination of design deliverables by consultants, including the review of designs, specifications, plans, and drawings for project implementation. You will prepare tender documents, project specifications and tender evaluation leading to the award of contractors. You will also handle construction management and administration of the project to ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with the design intent, safely, within schedule and budget.

You will be working closely with the project team, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders during the construction phase to ensure regulatory compliance, quality control and safety. You will also coordinate project documentation and close-out for handover and post-handover support.

Requirements

• Good degree in Architectural and/or Interior Architecture
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with proven design and project management experience in large-scale projects, preferably in aviation infrastructure works.
• Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills.
• Good team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.
• This role requires both deep functional knowledge of architectural projects, and the flexibility to manage projects across other functional/technical areas besides architectural ones.

This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
