Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant – Singapore

Are you looking to build your career in logistics and warehousing with a growing international organisation?

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate handling of import and export cargo while maintaining high standards of inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, put away, and ship cargo within a warehouse environment
• Check, retrieve, load, unload, pack, and palletise import and export shipments
• Update cargo receipt and shipment status accurately within the ERP system
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies when required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and security protocols
• Support additional operational activities as directed by the supervisor

What We're Looking For

• Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent
• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, packing, and palletising activities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
