- Perform data entry and preparation of Certificates of Origin (COO), Form D, and other export-related documentation.
- Handle the full set of import and export shipping documentation independently.
- Coordinate export shipment bookings and delivery arrangements for truck, air, courier and sea freight.
- Liaise closely with internal departments and external parties, including Planners, Warehouse, 3PL, etc, to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare and manage customs declarations, documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Source, evaluate, and develop transport and freight forwarding service providers as required.
- Coordinate and attend CPC inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update shipment, inventory, and logistics information accurately in the system.
- Handle customer delivery requests and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of delivery requirements.
- Monitor and manage external warehouse operations, including inventory coordination, stock movements, storage arrangements, and shipment activities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
- Diploma/Degree holder.
- Two or three years of experience in shipping, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good command of spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Can handle daily Job arrangement on time & accurately.
- Be self-motivated, initiative, well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and to be able to work in a team setting.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Electronic Trade Declaration System.
- Knowledge of ERP D365
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
- Experience working in Manufacturing is an advantage.
- Experience in handling DG cargo shipment, HalaL Good shipment, and CPC inspection are an advantage.
