JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a proactive Sales Admin Executive to support sales operations, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination. In this role, you'll work closely with our Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customers to ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries are on time, and customers receive excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
• Arrange and monitor deliveries with warehouses, drivers, and suppliers.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with the Sales Team and customers regarding delivery schedules, stock availability, and any unforeseen delays.
• Handle billing and related sales documentation.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare periodic sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate, organised, and secure records and filing systems.
• Support the Sales Administration team with other duties assigned by Management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order Fulfilment, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with ERP, CRM, or accounting systems.
• A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented team player.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
