Essential Duties:

1. Responsible for the overall overseeing of Container depot operations activities, ensuring that all operational functions are in order and performed in accordance with company standard procedures and quality.

2. Responsible for the verification of payments and claims related to operational activities.

3. To work closely with customers to ensure consistent positive service levels and business sustainability. 

4. To forecast and propose initiatives to further the company’s service level and profitability. 

5. To oversee and guide the collating of relevant data for making business decisions.

6. To assist the Senior Manager in ensuring the profitability of the business unit.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

• Diploma or higher in any field Successful working experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in depot management

• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
