Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer – Payments to support a leading global private banking client in Singapore on a consulting engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for critical payment applications
Support and administer VolPay (or a similar payment platform)
Investigate and resolve payment incidents while ensuring service availability
Analyze SWIFT payment messages and payment processing flows
Manage Docker-based deployments and operational activities
Collaborate with infrastructure, business, and cross-functional teams to enhance platform stability and performance
What We're Looking For
️ 5+ years of application support experience within banking or financial services
️ Hands-on experience supporting VolPay or a similar enterprise payment platform
️ Strong knowledge of SWIFT (MT103, MT202, MT940, MT950) and ISO 20022
️ Experience with Unix/Linux, Docker, Shell scripting, IBM MQ, SQL, MongoDB, Splunk, and Ansible
️ Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting mission-critical production environments
