Job Description

Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records (personal files, leave records, etc.).
  • Administer monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), annual Form E & EA preparation, and Form 22 submission.
  • Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisal processes.
  • Support staff training, employee engagement activities, and HR-related events.
  • Handle employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. And ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and internal HR policies.
  • Perform ad hoc task

Administration

  • Manage office administration, including stationery, pantry supplies, office assets, courier services, and document filing.
  • Maintain office facilities and common areas, and coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
  • Administer office access control, including access card issuance, deactivation, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare administrative documents, internal communications, reports (attendance, petty cash, maintenance schedules), and other related records.
  • Perform ad hoc task

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Form E, Form EA, Form 22).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and work effectively under minimal supervision.
