You'll lead the evolution of our global classification program while partnering with teams across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and Trade Compliance to shape how our products move around the world.

What You'll Be Driving Build the Global Standard
You'll own and continuously improve our global HS classification framework, ensuring products are classified consistently, accurately, and efficiently across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Working On

• Leading global HS classification strategy and governance
• Driving classification transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Building scalable classification workflows and operating models
• Partnering with IT to enhance trade systems and automation
• Improving product master data quality
• Supporting customs audits and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring global tariff and regulatory changes
• Developing dashboards and KPIs to measure classification quality
• Coaching and developing trade classification specialists
• Collaborating with regional trade teams to solve complex classification challenges

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has extensive experience in HS tariff classification and global trade compliance
• Understands customs regulations across multiple countries
• Loves solving complex classification challenges
• Can balance technical expertise with business practicality
• Enjoys leading change and driving process transformation
• Communicates confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Has experience implementing or improving Global Trade Management (GTM) or ERP solutions
• Thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with SAP GTS, Oracle GTM, MIC Customs Solutions, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements, Rules of Origin, customs valuation, or export controls
• Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement certifications
• Experience leading regional or global transformation projects
