Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to gather, validate, and document business and system requirements

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

• Create user stories, diagram, process flows, and acceptance criteria based on Agile best practices

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable tasks in ClickUp for development and QA teams

• Review existing systems and identify areas for improvement or automation

• Maintain proper documentation and keep ClickUp tasks and statuses up to date

• Work closely with internal development and QA teams to design, test, and roll out system features or enhancements

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), User Training and gather feedback for continuous improvements

• Ensure documentation, diagrams, and process flows are kept up to date Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role

• Experience in Scrum will be an added advantage

• Proficient in business process analysis, system design, and project management

• Strong technical understanding in software development methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Local/ Malaysian only
