KESM Industries Berhad Hiring! Full Time Production Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet manufacturing schedules, customer specifications, and requirements.
• Ensure efficient manpower allocation and resource utilization across assigned production lines to meet output and cycle time.
• To liaise with customer on daily planning of material inventory and delivery schedule.
• To carry out continuous productivity improvement and cost reduction programs on production lines.
• To liaise with support groups and department for smooth running of the operations.
• To maintain floor discipline and good housekeeping at all times.
• To perform all other reasonable jobs that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics), Manufacturing, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
