Quality Control (QC)

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify, document, and follow up on non-conforming materials, products, and quality issues.
• Coordinate the calibration, maintenance, and verification of measuring and testing equipment.
• Support customer inspections, product verification, and other quality-related evaluation activities.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Prepare, maintain, and control quality documentation, including Material Test Certificates (MTC), Product Quality Plans (PQP), inspection reports, and related records.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, site inspections, and quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide support during customer audits, certification audits, and quality assessments.

Environmental Management

• Monitor scheduled waste management, air emission control systems, and industrial effluent treatment processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct environmental inspections, awareness initiatives, and compliance monitoring in accordance with statutory and environmental requirements.
• Assist in environmental audits conducted by customers and certification bodies.

Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)

• Participate in investigations of workplace incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure lifting equipment, tools, and machinery are properly certified, inspected, and maintained for safe operation.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, toolbox briefings, and compliance monitoring.
• Support customer safety audits and certification assessments.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) in accordance with applicable regulations and international standards.
• Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignments as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Environmental Management, and/or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Knowledge of mechanical testing, XRF analysis, metallurgical inspection, ISO standards, environmental regulations, fire safety requirements, and workplace safety practices will be an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
