Internal Audit & QC

Job Descriptions :

• Quality Assurance & Auditing : Conduct regular, and scheduled quality control inspection across assigned properties to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and room setups meet strict company standards.
• Standards Enforcement : Detailed reporting on property conditions, identifying areas of non-compliance, and working closely with on-site teams to rectify issues immediately.
• Training & Development : Design, update, and deliver practical, hands-on-training programs for housekeeping staff and supervisors. Focus on efficient cleaning techniques, proper chemical usage, safety protocols, and detailed-oriented room presentation.
• Performance Monitoring : Track the progress of property cleanliness scores (guest review, internal audits) and implement corrective action plans where standards fall short.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) : Continuous evaluation of existing housekeeping SOP's recommending and implementing updates to improve efficiency, hygiene standards, and consistency across all locations.

Job Requirements :

• Education : At least Diploma or Degree in related field
• Experience : 3 to 5 years of supervisory or quality control experience in Hotel Housekeeping, Executive/Assistant Housekeeping or Quality Assurance withing the hospitality line.
• Training Skills : Strong communication and coaching skills with a proven ability to conduct effective training session for the front-line teams.
• Problem-Solving : Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining a highly professional, diplomatic approach when address compliance issues with property teams.
• Location : Willing to work at Setia Alam, Selangor

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
