Location: Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,200 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Event & ECA Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and enjoys working with students. A background in music, performing arts, or event management will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate school events, celebrations, and special programmes.
- Manage and oversee Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) throughout the academic year.
- Coordinate rehearsals, performances, competitions, and student showcases.
- Liaise with teachers, students, parents, and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Prepare event schedules, budgets, and logistics.
- Ensure all events are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Support school marketing activities through events and performances.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Music, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.
- Background in music, dance, theatre, or performance arts is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends when required for events.
