Location: Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and active P.E. Assistant Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles, physical fitness, and student well-being through engaging physical education programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting Physical Education (P.E.) lessons and sports activities.
- Encourage students to participate actively in physical activities and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Ensure students' safety during P.E. classes, sports, and outdoor activities.
- Prepare and maintain sports equipment and activity areas.
- Support the organization of sports events, competitions, and school tournaments.
- Monitor students' progress and participation during activities.
- Work closely with teachers and school management to support extracurricular sports programmes.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports Management, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in physical education, coaching, sports instruction, or fitness training are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about working with children and promoting physical fitness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
- First Aid certification is an added advantage.
